Most coaching expects you to show up every week for a full hour, whether you need it or not.
That’s not how this works.
You’re busy. You don’t need another standing meeting in your life.
What you need is clear direction, short check‑ins and a simple next step to work on.
This is coaching built for men who want to get healthy, stay healthy – and get on with their day.
How it works
1. First conversation (about 30 minutes)
We start with a proper chat.
- You tell me what’s going on – weight, energy, health worries, fitness, confidence.
- I ask questions to understand your life, schedule, responsibilities and what’s realistic.
- Together we define clear, realistic goals that actually fit your world.
Before we end that call, I’ll give you your first specific next step – something you can start on straight away.
There’s no hard sell. If it feels like a good fit, we carry on. If not, you’ve still got a clear starting point.
2. Short, focused check‑ins (on your schedule)
Once you’ve worked on that first step and hit the target we agreed, you book the next session.
- These follow‑ups are quick – 5 minutes max.
- They can be:
- Text
- Or a short Zoom call
Whichever works best for you.
In each check‑in we:
- Review what you did.
- Get your feedback – what worked, what didn’t.
- Set your next step.
Then you’re off again. No padding, no filler, no talking in circles.
3. You pay weekly, stay while it works
- Coaching is £25 per week.
- No fixed contract – you stay as long as you’re getting value and making progress.
- Because the work is front‑loaded for me (especially in the first few weeks), the first 4 weeks are paid up front.
After that, it’s simple:
- You keep going week by week.
- You can stop any time with a week’s notice.
- If you leave and want to come back later, you’re welcome – if there’s space, you just pay the 4 weeks up front again to restart.
You’ll also know where you stand with expectations:
- If you’re doing the work and not getting results, we’ll change the approach.
- If you consistently don’t do the work we’ve agreed, I’ll tell you straight and may end the coaching – no hard feelings.
This is results‑focused, grown‑up coaching, not a subscription to endless chats.
What we actually work on
Everything is built on the same foundation:
- Daily, moderate aerobic exercise you can fit into your life.
- Simple, realistic food upgrades (no weird diets).
- Better sleep and stress habits that support your goals, not sabotage them.
Depending on your scorecard results and goals, we might focus on:
- Dropping the belly and middle‑aged spread.
- Getting your energy back so you’re not wiped out every evening.
- Improving health markers like blood pressure, cholesterol or blood sugar.
- Rebuilding fitness and strength so you feel capable again.
- Helping you feel like yourself in your own body – not the tired, older version.
You always know your one next step.
